Our policy requires that all vendors meet our standards by validating their information and products posted on the site. As part of our customer satisfaction policy, our delivery services to customers are hard to come by.

B.     Also, buyers have the opportunity to upload and request any items they want but not available on isadea.com or on other markets for vendors to reach out and help them purchase those items.
