It is an e-commerce platform that is geared at providing better online buying and selling services to businesses entities (vendors) and buyers alike. Our mission as a tech company is not to provide another average or similar e-commerce platform in Ghana but to offer unique, better and limitless shopping experience for all.

Starting a business or any economic enterprise can be hindered by many factors including low portfolios, high rent of shops or workspaces, or in the case of a moderate or even high portfolio, small marketplace. We exist to provide solutions to the hindrances against all these viable-but-challenged entities. We provide economic opportunities to all the groups mentioned above by offering vendors the strength to begin, grow or improve their business with little barrier by connecting to millions of buyers.

BUYERS

The low confidence in the online marketplace place leaves much to be desired. At Isadea, the shopper can be rest assured when shopping as 100% buyer-protection and customer satisfaction is top priority. Our policy requires that all vendors meet our standards by validating their information and products posted on the site. As part of our customer satisfaction policy, our delivery services to customers are hard to come by.

A.     We provide buyers the opportunity top urchase old, newly-made or yet to be released items at high discounts within a time frame from validated vendors

B.     Also, buyers have the opportunity to upload and request any items they want but not available on isadea.com or on other markets for vendors to reach out and help purchase those items.
