Orders shipped by Affiliate Store can be modified before sorting and packaging by the store. Go to the "Order Details“ page and click ”Modify Order" in the upper right corner. If there is no Modify Order button, it means that the order cannot be modified.
If the products are in the pre-order state, they need to be purchased from the vendor before they can be shipped after they being stocked, usually about 2-20 days.
If your order status is on hold , you can go to the “My Orders" in the user center page, find the order you want to cancel, and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
Both ordinary and VAT invoices can be issued (Customers are free to choose whether they want invoice or not). The invoice amount is included in the total order amount, unless otherwise stated.
On the right side of the product page, you can see the vendor\'s information, click the “Chat Vendor ” button, and chat the vendor online.
If you purchase multiple products in the same order, it may be divided into more than one package, and may not be delivered at the same time. It is recommended that you wait patiently for 1-2 days. If you do not receive it after the wait, you can directly cotact Isadea customer service if the products were purchased from Affiliate Store. For vendor products, please contact the vendor's online customer service.
Login to your account, under transactions, click on "My Orders", then on the right side of the product to be refunded, click on the refund button to complete the process and submit your application on the next page. You can also apply by clicking on the Repair/Return menu under transactions and follow the prompts to submit your application. After successful submission, please wait patiently, and your application will be accepted and processed by the store\'s staff.
Under normal circumstances, refund, exchange and repair processing should be completed within 7, 15 and 30 days respectively from the time of receipt of the faulty product.
